Bheemverse Innovation Private Limited ("we", "us", or "our") operates SocialSelling.AI as a fully digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. This Shipping & Service Delivery Policy explains how our services are delivered to you after purchase.

1. Nature of Our Services

SocialSelling.AI is a 100% digital, cloud-hosted Software-as-a-Service product. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical goods. There are no postage, courier, or freight charges associated with any of our subscriptions, and no physical address is required to use our services. All features of the platform are delivered electronically over the internet via your web browser.

2. Service Activation Time

Once your payment is successfully processed and confirmed by our payment partner, your subscription is activated instantly in the vast majority of cases. You will receive:

  • An order confirmation email at your registered email address within a few minutes of payment.
  • Immediate access to your paid plan's features inside your SocialSelling.AI dashboard at https://socialselling.ai/login.
  • A welcome email with onboarding resources and product walkthroughs.

3. Delays in Activation

In rare cases, your subscription may take up to 24 hours to fully activate. This can happen due to:

  • Delayed payment confirmation from your bank or payment gateway.
  • Manual review of high-value or first-time transactions for fraud prevention.
  • Verification of business or KYC information for enterprise plans.
  • Scheduled platform maintenance (announced in advance).

If your subscription is not activated within 24 hours of a successful payment, please contact support@socialselling.ai with your payment receipt and we will resolve it on priority.

4. Service Availability

SocialSelling.AI is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with a target uptime of 99.9%. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance to all subscribers via email and in-app notifications. We continuously monitor the platform and respond to any unplanned outages with the highest priority.

5. Geographic Availability

Our services are available globally to any customer with an active internet connection and a supported web browser. There are no geographic restrictions on accessing the platform, except where prohibited by applicable export control or sanctions laws. All billing is processed in Indian Rupees (₹ INR).

6. Onboarding & Support

All paid subscriptions include access to our onboarding resources and customer support. Depending on your plan, this may include:

  • Self-serve documentation and tutorial videos available 24/7.
  • Email support with a typical response time of less than 24 hours on business days.
  • Live chat support during business hours (9:00 AM – 9:00 PM IST, Monday–Saturday).
  • Dedicated onboarding sessions for higher-tier and enterprise plans.

7. Account Credentials

Your login credentials (email and password) are created at the time of registration and are stored securely. We will never ship physical login cards, USB tokens, or any other physical authentication devices. If you forget your password, you can reset it at any time using the "Forgot Password" link on the login page.

8. No Physical Shipping Charges

Because our services are entirely digital, there are no shipping, handling, courier, freight, or delivery charges of any kind associated with any of our products or subscriptions. The price you see at checkout is the complete price you pay (inclusive of applicable taxes such as GST).

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Shipping & Service Delivery Policy from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page, with the revised effective date noted at the top.
